RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

 

Eligibility for Refunds:
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund. Please include images of the damaged or defective product with your request.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a refund. Please include images of the incorrect product with your request.
• Unopened Items: For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items. If you wish to return an unopened item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.


Non-Refundable Items:
• Opened or used products
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Change of mind returns


Process:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@wickedhot.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos of the product.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Returns will only be accepted if they have been approved by our team.


Important Instructions for Returns:
o As these products are glass, they must be packaged carefully to avoid breakage.
o No broken glass is allowed in the postal systems for safety reasons.
o Please ensure the product is well-packaged, using bubble wrap and a sturdy box to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.


• Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
